We are excited to introduce Chick-fil-A Delivery, where we are bringing the Chick-fil-A experience to our guests' doorsteps at the touch of a button! We are currently seeking drivers to help us maximize the Chick-fil-A delivery experience.
Our Chick-fil-A Delivery Drivers' primary role and responsibility are to assist in the execution and delivery of meals.
Drivers are held to a high standard of excellence in both operational achievement and personal accountability.
Some Responsibilities May Include:
Participating in Driver Safety Training Executing safe driving best practices Extend hospitality and 2nd Mile Service beyond the restaurant; execute hospitality throughout delivery by ensuring all guests receive prompt and caring service Help differentiate Chick-fil-A from others in the delivery space Represent restaurant by being presentable, efficient, and friendly Maintain professional appearance and demeanor throughout the entire shift Maintain cleanliness in all food preparation and service areas, including a delivery vehicle Handle all food-related, storage, and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards that comply with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures Engage with our guests by anticipating and responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication Maintain a calm demeanor, especially during periods of high volume, to preserve a hospitable experience for our guests Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job, it is a stepping stone to a successful future in the world of business.
