Acting as a liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication of service requests and expectations.
Organizing and prioritizing equipment to ensure it proceeds into the service area in the correct order, optimizing workflow.
Conducting quick diagnostic checks on various outdoor power equipment to assist in identifying potential issues.
Efficiently pulling parts for equipment as it transitions into the service area, ensuring timely availability of necessary components.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an outdoor power equipment setting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
Basic technical knowledge of outdoor power equipment and ability to perform quick diagnostics.
A team player with a customer-focused attitude.
