Day shift Job Summary Responsible for setting and achieving daily production goals, managing production team workflow, and ensuring materials availability for filtration products.
Collaborate with Production Resource Manager to address personnel and equipment issues and provide support for production and quality assurance.
Mentor team members to enhance performance and achieve productivity, efficiency, and utilization KPIs.
Duties and Responsibilities Ensure product integrity and quality, meeting customer scheduling requirements, and achieving production KPIs.
Collaborate with and direct production personnel to meet production and customer scheduling needs.
Accurately record production time and data in ERP system from production orders.
Coordinate with the Master Scheduler to ensure continuous flow of production materials.
Process daily paperwork, including production orders and quality documentations.
Support daily ERP processing of completed production orders.
Lead daily production team meetings, coordinate safety talks, and safety committee meetings with the Industrial Engineer.
Ensure completion of hourly Employee Monthly Safety Inspection sheets.
Assist the Production Resource Manager with schedule, timesheet management, and coverage arrangements.
Identify and organize training areas to enhance the flexible workforce.
Conduct incident, accident, and non-conformity investigations in conjunction with the Production Resource Manager.
Comply with OSHA and Menardi safety regulations/policies, maintain ISO registration standards, and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
Coordinate work schedule, vacation, and OT production with the Production Resource Manager.
Job Specifications Education:
BS Degree (Preferred)
Experience:
Five years of experience in industrial manufacturing with a focus on quality and manufacturing efficiency.
