This position is responsible for the general maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of the Welcome Center under the supervision of the Project Manager or designated Supervisor.
Additional Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
General Maintenance Grounds MaintenanceSolid Waste RemovalEmpty trash receptacles as needed and required per contractEmpty recycling containers as needed and as required per contractParking Lots / SidewalksSweep as neededPick up LitterRemove Snow on sidewalks as directed to ensure a safe and clear pathApply ice meltFlower Beds and Non-paved areasRemove LitterClean Picnic areasClean grillsBuilding MaintenanceInteriorReplace light bulbs as requestedAll other maintenance needs as requestedJanitorial:
Sweep and mop all support roomsSweep and mop lobbies, entrance ways, and common areasClean all countertopsClean all fixturesClean windowsDust all desks, flat services, pictures, walls, etc.
Vacuum all carpeted areasEmpty garbage containers in the office and common areasClean and disinfect sinks, urinals, toilets, etc.
Fill paper towels and toilet paper dispensers, soap dispensers, etc.
Clean and disinfect kitchen areaClean mirrors as neededStrip and wax floorsAll other Welcome Center needsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.

Qualifications:
Be willing to work overtime, including weekends and holidaysHave a current government issued identification.
Must have transportation to and from assigned work locationBe able to lift twenty-five to fifty pounds (25-50lbs.
)Be able to comply with Company Drug and Alcohol PolicyPrior Janitorial experience preferredABILITIES REQUIREDThe physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
